We run recurring commercial cleaning on whatever cadence the work calls for — nightly, a few times a week, weekly, every other week. We clean offices, professional-services suites, and retail and common areas, and we anchor the price to the space itself, not to how it happens to look the week we walk through it.
Refresh Routine is the coordination and quality layer. We work with vetted, background-checked cleaner teams, and we own the scheduling, the quality checks, and the single point of contact. You are not chasing a rotating cast of cleaners or a call center. You call one person, and that person handles it.
That person is Daniel, who runs the business. Clients tend to notice that part. Across the residential and short-term-rental work that built this company, the thing that comes up again and again in reviews is direct access to the founder: responsive, transparent on pricing, no hidden catches. Commercial gets the same thing. If a clean is wrong, the person who answers the phone is the person who fixes it.

In the DC area and across Northern Virginia, that means Falls Church, Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Tysons, and Reston, with the bulk of the team based in and around the DC metro. That is also where Daniel is based as of July 2026, so it is the market that gets in-person walk-throughs and direct founder time.
In central Virginia, it means Charlottesville and Albemarle County, run by cleaner teams who already cover the surrounding area.
We also run regular work in the Shenandoah Valley around McGaheysville and Massanutten, at Smith Mountain Lake, and in Lexington, plus a smaller footprint in the Atlanta area. If your space is in one of these markets, there is already a team near it.

An owner-operator with 10+ properties across DC and Northern Virginia runs her entire portfolio through us. We also clean 3 McGaheysville properties for Techvestor, a multi-state STR operator. A multi-property owner does not keep handing you units unless the last clean was right.

Refresh Routine (Cozy Clean Cville LLC, DBA Refresh Routine) carries $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 general aggregate in general liability coverage, through National Specialty Insurance Company, placed via Thimble Insurance Services. A current Certificate of Insurance is available on request, and we send it with commercial proposals as a matter of course.
Every cleaner who works on a Refresh Routine job is interviewed, background-checked, and onboarded before they touch a property. The teams we work with are people we know, sourced and vetted deliberately, not pulled off an app.
Refresh Routine was founded in July 2025 and has grown every month since. We are not going to claim a decade we do not have. What we have is a real labor network across DC, Northern Virginia, and central Virginia, recurring clients who keep coming back, and operational depth that runs across more than ten Virginia markets.
